The Miracle Morning

I love mornings. As a child, I usually woke up in the mornings. But I couldn't figure out what to do exactly after waking up in the morning. Due to stress at school and a lot of other worries I started hating early morning. As soon as I woke up in the morning, all I did was just think more and more about my worries. So I stopped walking up eventually early in the morning.
As time passed, I grew up. Things were never better. I really wanted to do a lot in life but didn't know how to do it. I was searching through the internet over & over how to be successful in life, how to start something, how to feel better in life. I wanted to be a dancer but never found an opportunity to do so.
One day as I was discussing some problems with my teacher when he suggested to me this book The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I was not into books much. I didn't know how reading benefitted my life. As far as I could remember, I only read The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. It was a wonderful novel though.
I ignored my teacher's suggestion. But a few days later he asked me if I had read that book. Then I bought this book and read it. When I heard the name of this book I first didn't have any idea as to what would be the content present in this book. As I went through it, I found that it has exactly what I was looking for all these years. How to begin your mornings? What to do after I wake up? Does this morning time exactly has some power?
The way this book has been written is so simple and easy to understand and the things we are told to do there are just as simple as that. The Life Savers: S for Silence, A for Affirmations, V for Visualization, E for Exercising, R for Reading and S for scribing; I started following this steps and started making my mornings feel fresher, productive and magical.
4 months that is about 120 days of constant & consistent practice of the Life Savers have helped me improve a lot. My grades have increased. My weight has reduced. My skin has become more beautiful. My hormones are coming to balance. After suffering from depression these Life Savers were really a good way to come out of it. It feels as if I have began a new life. A life where I am successful wherever I put my foot on. And I even found an opportunity to learn dance. I am currently learning Kathak.
This book teaches you the way you improve your daily life; to fix your mornings and when you have productive mornings know that success awaits you ahead.
I recommend everyone to read this book.
