Tired of doing the Surya namaskara or other common exercises?
Try out different ways of exercising:
· Join an online dance class-
These days there are so many online dance classes that are so awesome and intriguing to try out. Why not join one of these and learn a new dance form as well as keep our body and mind healthy & fit?
· My preferred perfect mode of exercise is practicing Indian Classical Dance. Currently a Kathak learner, I look forward to mastering all other eight forms of Indian classical dance. I suggest each one of you try it out!
· Sports: All work & no play make Jack a dull boy. So grab that badminton or cricket racket of yours and go out and play! Exercise is important to your body. Try playing different sports like badminton, football, tennis, hockey, kabaddi, and what not to enjoy while your body gets that perfect exercise and also you get a change from your daily yoga routine.
