5 Benefits of drinking water:
Water is called the life-giving liquid. It is also called the liquid diamond.
Wanna know how 8 eight glasses of water benefit you? Well, here’s how it’s done:
1) The morning glass: That first glass of water you take just after you wake up early in the morning does great to your body. From treating digestion problems to giving your skin that perfect glow, it’s the most important glass of water for the day.
2) Hydration: Dehydration is harmful to your body. Along with several other problems, it reduces your concentration, makes your skin dull & dry, and may lead to poor eyesight too. Make sure you take plenty of water during the day in all seasons and keep yourself hydrated.
3) Drinks: I hate taking plain water most of the time after I wake up. There are several ingredients that you can add to your first glass of water in the morning which is also beneficial to you. Some examples are honey, lemon, cumin seeds, etc.
4) Helpful during cramps: Take that glass of warm water and keep your cramps down during periods.
5) Skin & hair: I love using highlighters to make my skin look dewy. But I don't like using it or don't have the time to use it every day. Intake of at least 2-3 liters of water helps your skin get that dewy & hydrated look always. And also if you have dandruff, dry scalp & hair fall issues, along with the external products make sure your water intake is sufficient to keep your hair healthy, strong, long & thick.
